Faith Bailey, LCSW is a seasoned clinician who has been serving clients for the past 20 years in the community, private sessions, and groups. Faith has several certifications including being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2009 in Connecticut. Faith is also CEO of the counseling and consulting agency named Glamma Enterprises, LLC which was founded in 2022. She is also a Trailblazer for the Infinite Possibilities program which has supported her belief that everyone has a possibility in life and that we are all here for a purpose. She is also certified in Hypnosis, a Reiki master, a CPST Certified Passenger Safety Technician since 2007, self-educated Meditation and Mindfulness leader. Faith also has a history of being a facilitator of group programming for the Infant Loving Touch program teaching parents how to massage their babies and was trained in the Touchpoints and Happiest Baby Ever curriculum in Miami. One of Faith’s favorite things to do is to lead meditations at work for her colleagues, being a presenter for Yale’s social work rounds including Elder Protective Services and Interventions, Domestic Violence, Biases and Judgements / Gunshot Wound Victims “Bullets Have No Names” and her upcoming presentation on “Owning Your Shift: A Metaphysical Perspective on Case Rounding and Volume!” which will debut in April. Faith completed her DSW, Doctor of Social Work degree May of 2022.
